It is phimosis. Now you have retracted it, it will go into paraphimosis. See surgeon as early as possible if there is swelling.

Back pain radiating to legs requires evaluation. If it is long standing pain then get an x ray of spine and MRI of spine.

Knee pain for above 50 age is mainly due osteoarthritis. Do quadriceps excercise, avoid squatting and sitting cross legged.
