I am 35 year male. My gall bladder is contracted and filled with sludge and tiny sand like calculi. Wall thickness 2.5 mmi have no symptoms. I am taking ursocol 300. Can it be cured without surgery.

Few months back I suffered from fissure and it got cured but the inflammation has converted into fistula tract which I feel by touching the tract and a surgeon also confirmed the same.
