May be due to muscle spasm. You need to be on rest for couple of days, ice massage or hot packs will be helpful. Stop sitting or standing for long time. When you lie down on the bed keep changing your posture. If the pain still persists go and see a doctor or Physiotherapist. The information which you gave is not sufficient. You need to add your age, occupation, sex, duration of the pain, activities which increases and decreases the pain.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful

This is quite a common condition
rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.

Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises

Hello,skin rashes can be treated with the following medication:-
1. Take rhus tox 30, 3 drops in the morning , empty stomach.
2. Take arsenic 30, 3 drops in the night at bed time.
3. take azadirachta 1x, 2 tablets twice a day.
4. apply topi azadirachta ointment on the rashes.
