Hello lybrate-user, it's mainly biomechanical dysfunction, need to know more abt mechanism of injury or how it started.

Having knee joint pain since 1 yr. Also I have shoulder joint pain when I suddenly twist by shoulder while sleeping and also lower back pain since 1 years .6 months back I consulted gp he did vit b12 vit d tests which showed low levels.
Crp test is negative ra test is negative. I took vit d tab for 3 months but the pain still persists. Especially lower back pain especially on the left side is more since 1 month. Pls advice.
