If you have confirmed typhoid fever, eat soft and liquid diet. Avoid salty, spicy, soild food as there is chances of intestinal perforation in complicated typhoid fever.

If the sperm count is very high like in your case, then a low motility <60% does not matter. From that point of view, it is ok for you.
