As far your saturation maintains its good. What was your serum crp and d dimer values. Did you started on any medications.

Its beter to continue same drug. If sugar value falls below 100, reduce the dose to once in morning.

How much time we need to provide oxygen with the oxygen cylinder for o2 saturations less than 80% for covid positive diabetic patient?

Untill patients saturation maintains above 94. Try to place patient in lyng down position. Avoid exertion.
