Photosensitive epilepsy is not curable and my advice is take anti seizure drugs and work should never be stopped just take care to sleep between 11to 7.

There is no cure of parkinson disease medical treatment can help to reduce symptom and disability to some extent deep brain stimulation is another surgery option.

Take good sleep 11 to 7 good amount of fluid or liquid daily 30 min jogging or walking avoid late meal late sleep prolong fasting stress and heavy protien in your diet.
