Pores are naturally occurring on face so laser or other modalities may not work properly, you have to use face wash contained exfoliating agents.

Psoriasis is a causing dryness on the skin so avoid dryness by applying multiple times moisturiser creams contains paraffins.

Do you have on full face or some specific area of face ? Brown spots mostly fades over the time period, kindly take more vitamin C in yours diet
