Sir mujhe 4 months se gas hai, jo bhi khata hu to mujhe bahut jyada gas hota hai upar se. Uncomfort hun. Kaam karne me bhi man nhi lagta. Gas jyada hota hai.

Hi. Take small meals. Take tablet Pan D empty stomach in morning for 3 days. Take light nonspicy non fried food.
