7th cranial n palsy can be related to some secondary causes. Please get checked for any rash or vesicles inside your ear. If not then go for MRI brain.

Its time to decrease the dose of atorvas to 20 mg per day. Continue with your bp medicines. And continue self monitoring of bp.
