Chlorinated water makes your skin more. Sensitive to sun so use good water resistant sunblock before going for swimming.

Unwanted hairs can be due hormonal reasons. Get hormonal assays. Laser hair reduction can be done. Best lasers is diode lasers.

Masturbation has no effect on hair and health but stress do have. So minimise your stress and take good protein rich diet.
