Surgery depends on the symptoms and location of the fibroids. If symptoms are severe then surgery is the best option.

Your TSH is on the higher side it is advisable to wait for 6 weeks till it comes in the range then try for pregnancy.

Pregnancy test can remain positive for many days even after abortion. Please get a follow up ultrasound after 10 days to be sure.
