Do warm saline gargles. No pickle, no sauce ,no chatney, n ice cream. You will recover in one day. Take Vicks lozenges 3 times a day.

Get a CT chest done & talk to me. In the meantime take a Crocin tab twice daily & cough syrup 3 times a day. Give hot fomentation to chest. You should be alright.

Wash eyes with filtered water. If there is redness put 2-3 drops of chlorocort eye drops 2-3 times. Avoid inhaling next time.
