This is all because of your body type .take ashwagandha 1 tsp daily twice a day after breakfast and dinner .with milk.

Okay take frequent meals .in small interval. Drink adequate amount of water. At least 12 glasses per day. Take almonds and safron soaked milk .daily.

Do check your ca and fe. If overweighted try to loss weight. Drink 12 glass of water daily. Avoid curd in your diet.

Include protien in your diet. Drink at least 12 glass of water daily. Apply triphla mixed with curd on your scalp at least once in a week.
