Nothing to worry about it. As your pregnancy will progress further placenta will also migrate upwards of its own.

You can not conceive when you take contraceptive pill. It get very easily metabolized. Therefore ther is no chance to harm your child.

You have to wait for couple of days more because you have taken unwanted 72 which will delay your period.

Unwanted 72 pill usually does not give so much problem. If it is severe it is better to consult a doctor.
