Hello doctor, I want to ask you is walking enough to lose weight and to be fit. I walk daily 3.5 km so, I can lose weight or not? Suggest some more tips for weight loss.

Yes walking is best exercise to lose weight. It should be combined with a restricted calorie diet.

Cut down on sugars/carbohydrates rather than oils and fats. Continue walking, you will lose weight.
