Don't take any supplements unnecessarily. Have diet rich in proteins, lots of green veggies, citrus fruits, stay under sun for 15-20 minutes daily.

Unnecessary use of antibiotics won't help. Kindly first get tested for covid. If it's viral fever, antibiotics will be of no use. So please confirm it first.
