Every pregnancy is unique. From one pregnancy to the next, not every woman will have the same symptoms.

Additionally, you might not be aware that you are pregnant because the early signs of pregnancy frequently mirror the symptoms you might experience just before and during menstruation.

This is a list of some of the most typical early pregnancy symptoms. You should be aware that conditions other than pregnancy might potentially produce these symptoms. Therefore, even if you experience some of these signs, you might not actually be pregnant. The only reliable means of detection is a pregnancy test.

Early symptoms of pregnancy could be ranging from a missed period to fatigue. However, there are early symptoms apart from a missed period that could be:-

  • Tender, swollen breast
  • Increased urination
  • Nausea
  • Moodiness

After missing periods one can do a pregnancy test to know whether she is pregnant or not.

When do the pregnancy symptoms start?

Missed periods are the early symptoms of pregnancy in the first week. However if one had a fluctuating menstrual cycle then early symptoms of pregnancy could be Light spotting or Implantation bleeding where fertilized eggs are attached to the lining of the uterus about 10-14 days after conception.

Other less evident pregnancy indications include:

  • Moodiness: Hormonal changes can make you emotional and weepy and even mood swings can happen.

What are the tests for Early Pregnancy

Some of the tests for early pregnancy include-

  • Home pregnancy test-: Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), the pregnancy hormone, can be found in urine and is detectable by a home pregnancy test.
  • Blood test-A blood test can detect hCG in your blood, which is a more accurate way to confirm pregnancy.
