For a Diabetic patient walking is must and good but a simple walking or speedy walking. Do patient had to maintain any speed.

Dear patient walking should be brisk that means 5km per hour or 1km should be walked in 12 minutes. walk should be for 40 min a day for 5 days a week. Regards

Dear Patient There is no medicine available to dissolve gall stone of 36mm. It if always advisable to go for surgical removal of stone if it is creating problem. Regards
