Dr. Raman Tanwar underwent his training in General surgery and minimally invasive surgery from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and is presently perusing working in Urology as an MCh Senior Registrar. He has keen interest in Key-hole surgery and Andrology. Dr. Tanwar has been actively involved in academics as a senior registrar in Urology and subsequently as Assistant professor in Surgery. He has written over 10 chapters in various books of international repute and has many publications in national and international journals to his credit. He has co-authored and edited four books in Surgery. He is a reviewer of various international and national journals in the field of Urology and Surgery, and a member and fellow of many reputed Indian and global organizations. He is also the executive editor of Journal of Young Medical Researchers and editor of Advanced Techniques in Biology and Medicine and Andrology Open Access. Dear Sir, In this situation Hormone therapy can help by reducing the size of the prostate. It at take 3 to 6 months for him to be free of the catheter.
