HI, For last 3 -4 years I have problem of left hand fingers numbness and tingling sensation while in sleep and in morning sleep hours how to solve this problem.

Avoid flexion at elbow and hand during your sleep, flexion may compress your upper limb nerves. You may be releived of pain if you change your posture of sleep.
