Use a non fluoridated tooth paste in the amount of a rice grain. You can star using it with a finger brush.

Once all the permanent teeth are out. The age this happens is 11-13. You need to get her checked by an mds orthodontist.

brushing within 30 mins of eating anything is important. whatever bad effect tooth has to do on your teeth will do in the first half an hour
