You have to take complete rest for one day and take multivitamin like A to Z or any med for gastritis like sporlac.

If your teeth is yellow than first you go to your dentist and get your scaling done after than you can use any paste you feel better.

You have to go to your dentist and checkup your teeth for once. I think there is a calculus so you have to clean your teeth with scaling.

Yes you can use toothpaste apfter bleach. And if your teeth is yellow then you can go with snowhite tooth paste.
