Consult with physiotherapist and do icing every 4 hourly for 10-15 minutes on pain sites of knee and avoid cross leg sitting till pain subsides.

Control weight do some exercises with physio for strengthening of hip muscles namaz will put more pressure on joints so not so much beneficial use chair or stool.

For this you have to take proper rehabilitation then strengthening and after that everytime before you play do stretching.
