dear lybrate user u can rub a piece of ice cube tied in cloth in the affected area.It will reduce the redness in the affected area by causing vasoconstriction .

Take rajahpravartini vati 2 tabs twice a day with luke warm water.take asokarista 4 tsf in equal water half an hour after meals.Good luck
