Yes u must take ipill. There may b spotting and irregular bleeding bt its imp to take for emergency contraception

Regesterone is not an emergency contraceptive. Please do not take hormonal tablets without consulting a doctor. They can be harmful to your health.

Since you took ipill on time, you should not be pregnant. Since you r already on deviry, you will get periods only after completing course of deviry.

Your periods may not come for 2-3 months since you are breastfeeding and injection also delays period. Can not tell for sure wen exactly periods will come.
