Gall bladder stone complcations are worst. Do not wait of complcations, get her operated for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. No other cure of such big Stone.

If only one stone of 4.8 mm then it can be cured with medicine only. With the help of plenty of liquid orally.

It can be skin tag or fissure in ano. Get your examination done before starting any treatment. It takes 1.5 month to totally cure.
