If you r asymptomatic then it's OK. U need not worry regarding UTI. If you r symptomatic and with BPH it's an Indication for surgery.

X ray can't detect all composition of stones. Only plain CT KUB can detect them. So get it done immediately. Don't neglect.

Until unless you have upper abdominal pain you need not get operated. Try taking low fat diet. And reduce your weight.
