Increase the dose of methotrexate and saaz. But before that do blood tests and consult rheumatologist. Medrol can be stopped, now ra is not treated by steroids.

Take any brand of hydroxychloroquine. It she doesn't take this medicine for a few days, nothing will happen. Don't worry. Consult a rheumatologist for her disease.

Chest pain does not occur in rheumatoid arthritis. There must be other reason for that. For it consult your rheumatologist, he will be able to tell you the answer.
