Tongue not moving is not a good sign please get it checked by a maxillofacial surgeon or an oncologist asap.

Can't open my mouth due wisdom teeth. It's now locked.. I am not able to open more then 1 inch. Surgery is compulsory for that? Is there any other options.

Impacted tooth keeps on hurting you on n off. Its always advisable to get them removed if they are not going to erupt.
