No role of anti fungal (candid ointment) as you mentioned having bacterial infection rather you may apply T bact (Mupirocin ointment) which is effective against bacterial infection.

I have bacterial infection for 3 to 4 days on the backside of neck. I am applying candid-b two times a day. But its not working out.
