Pus comes from wound because of infection. Do daily dressing of wound and apply topical antiseptic agents and oral antibiotics after consultation with your doctor.

It may be conjunctivitis. In most of the cases it is relieved on its own. Do hot fomentation. Refer to an ophthalmologist if symptoms are persistent.

Please go to a ent doctor/general surgeon as soon as possible. Because the battery contains acid and harmful heavy metals.
