If you huv bp instrument then check it daily also but before chacking take 10 min rest then check.

Go for mitral vale repair if there is severe mitral regurgitation is there. Early mitral repair surgery huv very good result and good prognosis.

Is it safe to take serpina with betaloc (metoprolol tartrate)? Normal bp levels are around 180/100 for several years and betaloc has been used all along.

This is not the normal bp level. Normal bp level is systolic <140 mmhg and diastolic <90 mmhg. If your bp is 180/100 then start some antihypertensive.

Thyroxin is for hypothyroidism. If it is start once then check your thyroid profile the step up or down the dose of thyroxin. First check your thyroid profile.
