Hi lybrate-user, might be pain due to dental caries, or impaction of third molar, please get an x-ray of teeth.

Hi lybrate-user, you have problem of ulcer, which can be caused by stress or heat or spicy foods, avoid spicy foods, drink milk, curd more. Use ointments or gels.
