Hello sir, when I eat food or other cook foods my tongue burn (like mouth ulcer) and inside my mouth on tongue some dots & stomach also pain.

Use soft and less warm food. This is not problem there are papilla on tongue that are taste buds. If prblm increase then consult dentist.

Either go for splinting (make stability to the tooth) or go for extraction of mobile tooth and bridge for the teeth.
