Dr. Amit Garg

Dr Amit Garg completed his MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Belgaum. He pursued MS in Surgery from Bhartividyapeeth Medical College, Pune. He was interested in Laparoscopy from the beginning of his residency. After learning basic laparoscopy at Sidhu Hospital Doraha, he went on to do Super-speciality fellowship (FMAMBS) in Minimal Access Surgery under Dr. P. Chowbey, Delhi. After being extensively trained in this field, he chose to further specialize in Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery. He went to Taiwan and trained under under the guidance of Dr. CK Huang and in his Centre of Excellence. Research and Publications: 1.
