PCOD ko kaise aap prevent kia ja skta hai? Ye disease curable nhi hai. Self diagnosis na kren. Apko Dr se consult kren apni problem ke lia. Is disease ko aap control kr skte hain. Ye day to day life ko disturb krta hai. Lifestyle me apko 3 chizen smjhni hai. Diet, exercise, and stress level. junk food, alcohol, smoking, late night sleeping avoid kren. Stress lene se apka weight gain hota hai. Apne aap ko khush rkhiye taki aap PCOS control kr sken. Apko diet me 4 chizen dhyan rkhen. Maida completely avoid kren. Sweets avoid kren. Fruits khaiye quki juice me fibre nhi hota hai. Fried food avoid kren.
