Have protein diet regularly n apply apple cider vinegar mixing with water before shampoo .keep it for 30 mins. Hv plenty of water n vitamin c fruits.

Hot fomentation with saline water n have voveran plus twice for 5 days .Use voveran emulgel on d area where thr s pain after 10 mins of fomentation.
