Water helps in hydrating your skin and also removes toxins from your body and helps in digestion. Normally 3 litres of water should be consumed.

Tinea cruris is a fungal infection hence to avoid the fungus keep the area dry. Apply sulphur ointment 2 times in a day. Consult after 8 days.
