There is a problem on my teeth after cleaning there is black spot or stain. It look very bad while I ma laughing. Please tell me what to do?

Try visiting a dentist. Black spot in front teeth is indication of early caries. You can get a composite laminate done to cover it.

When I was eating my tooth steel cap put inside stomach with my food. So is there any problem to get out the cap? What should I do?

If cap is swallowed by mistake, there isn't much to worry. They are usually excreted next day. Get it replaced from a near by dentist asap.
