Dear lybrate-user, If Bhcg is low there is no pregnancy. You must have put on weight so belly fat has increased. Take medications for periods and try weight loss.

Yes. You have to get a follicular study done from 8th day. After ovulation is confirmed then start duphaston. Hope you have done husband's semen test and it is normal.
