It seems you r suffering from Pityriasis alba. Apply moisturiser. It will go eventually. But it is better you consult a Dermatologist.

Many whitening creams r steroid based. Long-term use is harmful. Can cause thinning & dryness of skin. So please avoid such cream. Instead use moisturising cream & sunsc ...read full answer
