You should avoid strenuous physical activity especially those where there is risk of falling or getting physical trauma to lower abdomen or extreme muscular fatigue.

You should take the calcium supplements. Upto 1 gm a day is acceptable. Drink a lot of water to keep the urine dilute always. Local hygiene is important. Take Syp Cital ...read full answer
