Need to rule out nasal allergy and nasal blockage due deviation of nasal septum. Meanwhile take T. Allegra M once a day at night and Otrivin nasal drops sos for 5 days.

Sure. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo needs to be ruled out with a specific test. If positive, it is treatable with a few sittings of a special manuovuer.
