Does moong dal sprout loose protein than the dry moong dal I go to gym so I want to eat moong dal sprout for protein is it good enough for good amount of protein.

Hi yes moong dal sprout is very good source of protein. It does not lose any protein upon sprouting. In fact it's nutrition increases on sprouting
