You need to increase the amount of water you drink around 3 litres a day. ..avoid onion garlic in your diet.

It's perfectly ok to go to the gym as long as you follow a balances diet and don't miss your exercise routine too often.

Hey lybrate-user. Incorporate food like whole milk and milk products, fruit juices and milkshakes, dry fruits and nuts. Eat at regular intervals and calorie dense meals.
