It's no use if not helpful. Stop baby oil massage if being done. It will go in few days. Picture of lesion will be helpful in giving further opinion.

Breast feeding is best on demand with maximum gap of 2 hrs. Get complete check up and pediatrician consultation asap.

No cows milk till one year if possible. Continue breast feeding and give top feed only if needed.
