Aaj main aapko is video ke dwaara ek common problem jisko hum scoliosis kehte hain, uske baare mein batana chahunga. Scoliosis kya hai? Scoliosis reed ki haddi ka tedapan ya kubdapan hai, jo usually hum 9-15 saal ke bachon mein dekhte hain. Ye samasya ladkiyon mein zyaada paayi jati hai.

Scoliosis mein bache ki kamar tedi ho jaati hai, saath me chhati ka pichla hissa ubhara hua hota hai , jisko hum kubdapan bolte hain. Sath me kanda ek upar and dusra niche ki taraf ho jaata hai. Or sharir ek side shift ho jaata hai. Paet ke side mein aapko ek gaddha dikhaayi deta hai.

Scoliosis ko agar starting me pakad lia jaaye , to iska ilaaj braces and exercise se hum control kar sakte hain. Kayi baar iska starting stage me nahi pata chalta hai.
