Need to do cbs on cell counter to see platelet count. If it has no complaint no need to worry. If anaemia. Then may need blood transfusion.

Please do urine pregnancy test or ultrasound to confirm .if you r not pregnant. No need to worry. Due to fibroid menstrual irregularities can occur.

What's normal size of ovary. I am 23 years old. And my ovary size is right ovary 3.9×1.8×2.6 cms and left ovary 3.5×2.2×2.6 cms. Whether it is normal to get pregnant?

If you r menstruating well .then no need to worry at all. About size of ovary. For pregnancy purpose you can go for ovulation study.
