In my opinion you have early frozen shoulder. You require exercises, check diabetes. You may require a intra joint steroid followed by physio.

Paracetamol dose is 650 mg inmorning after food. If required can be taken at night again after food. Bio d3 max is calcium supplement take it in the morning after food.
